Pros

It is a patient centered and value driven hospital. ICARE value is the key and foundation to everything. We got ICARE training at orientation and boost training every year. In general, it offers very high standard patient services and clinical treatment with good qualities. Employees are proud to be part of it. Offers reasonable benefits.

Cons

parking at TMC site is at a remote site which is not convenient
