Good benefits, good hours, some good employees

Cons

ICARE values are spoken about when it's not beneficial for the company. They say speak to HR but HR does nothing they go off he say and never have documentation. Never worked for a company where you go to HR and it bites you. Rated # 1 company to work for, I was proud to work for until learning what is going on in the company. Employees are scared to come forward because they retaliate against you. These are facts I have my documentation! Word from the wise a good leader can't practice favoritism. Going to work because you have to stressed and put in hostile environment. No wonder they set mental health as an option. The good employees also get the short end of the stick.
