Pros

Benefits and perks are definitely a pro.

Cons

Culture in IT is by far the worst I've ever encountered during my time in corporate America. If you strive to be the best and have a competitive spirit, this is definitely not the place for you. If you strive for mediocrity but are good with people, this place is definitely for you. Making the right relationships and being in the right clique will get you promotions, definitely not merit based.

Pros

Great organization to grow professionally in healthcare operations. Strong focus on patient care, quality, innovation, and leadership development. I’ve gained valuable experience in physician support, operations, workflow improvement, and cross-functional collaboration while working with talented teams and leaders.

Cons

Fast-paced environment with high expectations and increasing responsibilities. At times, leadership roles can feel under-titled compared to the level of operational work being performed. Work-life balance can also be challenging during staffing shortages, major initiatives, or clinic transitions.
