Cons
-work hours are set and not that flexible -no benefits for PRN employees -lots of mandated initiatives and trainings (which isn't always bad but doesn't always apply to your specialty) -leadership tends to delegate operational duties to lower ranking staff -HR discloses confidential anonymous reports to managers instead of protecting privacy of staff
