Pros

Everybody really strives for excellence. They are always the first to try out new innovations in care. Lots of good experience.

Cons

New 5 patient to one nurse ratio on most floors. They are always trying out new things but not allowing for the extra time it takes to get learn new routines. Lots of expectations and not enough time for completion. The need to staff better for their expectations. Executives seem a little out of touch (except VP)

Advocates for obtaining certifications while providing assistance to cover cost, quarterly trainings to maintain patient safety and provide quality care across the hospital system

Hard to transfer to other departments
