They have great benefits, self scheduling, clean well kept hospital, friendly coworkers, decent pay, good bonuses, room for advancement, friendly management

Cons

Has a bad reputation, high nurse to patient ratio, workload was tiring when someone would call in and there were no fill ins

Pros

Great organization to grow professionally in healthcare operations. Strong focus on patient care, quality, innovation, and leadership development. I’ve gained valuable experience in physician support, operations, workflow improvement, and cross-functional collaboration while working with talented teams and leaders.

Cons

Fast-paced environment with high expectations and increasing responsibilities. At times, leadership roles can feel under-titled compared to the level of operational work being performed. Work-life balance can also be challenging during staffing shortages, major initiatives, or clinic transitions.
