      The benefits are great at methodist and they do alot to help the employee's. Based on performance the bonuses are quite nice.

      Cons

      The health insurance for dependents is insanely expensive. Can be a toxic work environment based on the department and who you work with.

      Advocates for obtaining certifications while providing assistance to cover cost, quarterly trainings to maintain patient safety and provide quality care across the hospital system
