Pros

You get lot of hours since there are not enough drivers because of the work environment and their schedules which are long grueling exhausting and split shifts.

Cons

You had to deal with a lot of b/s from your management, supervisor, and co-workers. Everyone is by their own. You need to know someone if you need any promotion.everything is based on seniority even the vacations too.

Pros

Working in a large government facility. Pay was pretty good.

Cons

Catty behavior from main superiors. They act like high school mean girls. Between their attitudes and ignorance, it was impossible to learn anything from them. HR treated college interns like elementary school children. It felt more like a field trip chaperoned by micromanaging kindergarten teachers than an internship for adults. They also can't seem to communicate without a big Barney smile plastered on their faces, no matter what the topic is. "Metro is so great," reminders every step of the way.
