      Benefits and Pay are decent.

      Cons

      Promotion from within doesn't seem to happen often. Some of the IT management have big egos and refuse to accept input from round table discussions that are supposed to provide just that, thus wasting employee's time.

      Fabulous colleagues, room for growth and development, wonderful students, well-equipped classrooms and facilities, very active community.

      Cons

      Poor administration Low pay (especially for adjunct faculty who actually are unionized because of it) Discrimminative leadership
