Mixed - Professor Howard Community College Employee Review

The college has grown significantly in the past two decades and has been unable to keep up with that growth in terms of salary, workload, morale, management. The work keeps increasing without more staffing or pay. The current administration pays lip service to their commitment to diversity and their diverse student body. Even though it is an academic institution, many of the departments run top-down. Too many good people are leaving the institution.
