      Work/Life Balance, Overall positive culture, PTO & Benefits

      Cons

      PAY! Even though there was a recent compensation study, the amount of work expected vs. pay is unrealistic. Communication from presidents level down and inter-office communication. The campus has grown over the last 10 years and because of that some employees aren't aware that certain offices/programs exist.

      Fabulous colleagues, room for growth and development, wonderful students, well-equipped classrooms and facilities, very active community.

      Cons

      Poor administration Low pay (especially for adjunct faculty who actually are unionized because of it) Discrimminative leadership
