Pros
Lots of professional development opportunities. A wealth of wellness and diversity programs available for employees. Vibrant, beautiful, modern campus. Environment is very supportive and collaborative. Lots of time off and great benefits. Best of all, there's a Starbucks on campus!
Cons
Salaries, while not terrible, aren't the best. However, that comes with the territory for higher education/nonprofits. Like many larger institutions, there are lots of policies and committees, which can cause projects to sometimes move at a glacial pace. Employees tend to come and stay for a very long time, which can limit opportunities for growth.
