      HCC prides itself on it's employees happiness. They have great leave and compensation. Plus people actually enjoy working there.

      Cons

      Working for a school, you miss out on nice yearly bonuses, but that's just part of the working for the public.

      Fabulous colleagues, room for growth and development, wonderful students, well-equipped classrooms and facilities, very active community.

      Cons

      Poor administration Low pay (especially for adjunct faculty who actually are unionized because of it) Discrimminative leadership
