You accrue leave, but your supervisor decides if you are allowed to call out (by threat of termination). They say a lot about anti-racism but will not promote people of color. There is a lot of hypocrisy and classism at the college. There is so much that managers will do to hire and promote their friends, and people who are more qualified will be passed up because of it.
