      Poor work environment, male-dominated departments offer no advancement for females, only senior admin and academic types enjoy progressive policies for advancement, HR is there for the college not the employees, Racism runs rampant in Facilities department

      Fabulous colleagues, room for growth and development, wonderful students, well-equipped classrooms and facilities, very active community.

      Cons

      Poor administration Low pay (especially for adjunct faculty who actually are unionized because of it) Discrimminative leadership
