      Great colleagues and on campus facilities.

      Cons

      Leadership uses retribution and intimidation to get compliance. Equity is a big problem. HR is aware of the issues but does nothing to resolve them

      Fabulous colleagues, room for growth and development, wonderful students, well-equipped classrooms and facilities, very active community.

      Cons

      Poor administration Low pay (especially for adjunct faculty who actually are unionized because of it) Discrimminative leadership
