      The faculty and staff who have remained are generally very hard working and competent people. It is a shame to see such low morale and sadness.

      Cons

      leadership is ruining the college and people are leaving this sinking ship. Note that Daria Willis, not Kate Hetherington, is the current president.

      Fabulous colleagues, room for growth and development, wonderful students, well-equipped classrooms and facilities, very active community.

      Cons

      Poor administration Low pay (especially for adjunct faculty who actually are unionized because of it) Discrimminative leadership
