      Pros

      Some of the most dedicated and creative colleagues I have ever worked with. Excellent PTO. I stayed in the same position but several colleagues moved around within the organization so there are opportunities for growth and change.

      Too many part time temporary staff.

      Fabulous colleagues, room for growth and development, wonderful students, well-equipped classrooms and facilities, very active community.

      Cons

      Poor administration Low pay (especially for adjunct faculty who actually are unionized because of it) Discrimminative leadership
