Faculty Kick-Off Joke - Faculty Howard Community College Employee Review

Imagine a faculty kick-off at the start of the semester that consists of a 3rd grade teacher showing you a video that explains how to play nice. This is the extent of what what done to experienced professionals right before the semester. A video was shown to faculty that explained to them that we are “all the same”, we need to be nice to each other. We need to forgive. LOL. What a joke. They think faculty are stupid.
