Pros
Good place to work for, depending on department. Excellent benefits, great place to start your career.
Cons
Student Services is a hectic place, sure, but management does not do enough to alleviate stressors (such as hiring additional staff and filling in any gaps, addressing staff concerns and questions, etc.). This could be a better area to work in if higher-level staff was more receptive to the needs and concerns of staff.
