Pros
Tuition reimbursement, on-site daycare, flex time, abundant PTO and sick time, relaxed and collegial atmosphere, movie theatre, pub, rotating lunch menu with all food sold at cost. A fun place to work, lots of ways to learn and grow through workshops, books talks and seminars. If you want a steady job in a great company, lots of work-life balance, schedule flexibility and don't care about the lack of promotions or not getting raises that keep up with yearly inflation, then this is a great place to work. I loved my time here.
Cons
Little to no career advancement for those in operations or non-science positions. The post-docs and scientists in labs advance in their careers, all others are support staff, essentially, and have no room to move up unless they switch career tracks or leave. This is made explicitly clear when you interview (at least for me it was), so you need to go into it with a clear plan for what you want to get out of your time here. No cost of living adjustments. Yearly raises are <2%. If you want to advance in your career, you'll need to be proactive in taking advantage of all opportunities presented to grow professionally, but even then you'll most likely move on outside the company. Lateral advancement is possible (to a different job within the company).
