Pros

Pay was good, but it felt like selling your souls just to get a paycheck.

Cons

Leaders threaten AEs on a weekly basis. Extremely toxic and micromanaged. This job will give you high stress. Not worth it! No benefits for your first year probably due to extremely high turnover. There is nothing in place to enable sales teams to be successful. It took 2 months just to get a quote back.
