Working at Howmet, the Tucson, AZ facility is a challenge when you have Management and Supervisors who are clowns. They don’t care for the employees. Don’t even get me started with Human Resources who is a racist, incompetent person who doesn’t help employees at all. They are relying on a department that is “The Future” and that department is being managed by dumb and dumber!
