Pros
- Fun team to work with - State of the art machining facilities and technology - Interesting projects to work on
Cons
- Upper management was just terrible. They care much more about their investors than about their own employees. Cut pay raise for all employees for no apparent reason, but hand pick some employees for a small raise. - Conditions were much better before RTI was bought by Alcoa. - Pay was approx. 20% less than competitors.
