Cons
When upper management treats supervisors poorly in can create a bad environment on the floor. Speak Up culture is promoted but generally not fully embraced. Too many “bandaid on a wound” solutions keep this place from being an innovation giant. Too focused on fall guys rather than addressing true production bottlenecks.
