      Management to busy to listen. No replacement in staff leaving due to cost cutting yet sales are better then ever. At risk of losing long term staff due to overloading work. Lack of training

      Somewhat free to work autonomously and work the best way you can without too much intervention from senior leadership.

      Cons

      Enough is almost never enough so very little job satisfaction.
