Hostile take over by investment group 3 years ago corrupted core DNA of Alcoa legacy. Extreme instability in top leadership. Lost in a landscape mired in shareholder focus. Determined to meet unrealistic financial targets at the expense of equipment, employees, and customers. Unable to unplug for even a day. Work during "vacations". Work on weekends. 65+ hour work weeks, in perpetuity.
