      Lots of great people work at Howmet. There are some managers who are good at managing talent and helping employees grow in their careers.

      Cons

      Higher management levels are caught up in their own egos, and don't know how to mentor employees, allow them to make decisions, or keep them motivated. Significant turn over at all levels.

      Somewhat free to work autonomously and work the best way you can without too much intervention from senior leadership.

      Cons

      Enough is almost never enough so very little job satisfaction.
