Pros
At the beginning of salary was good but after years without inflation rate it get worse. There is no inflation rate for salaries. Also technologies are always changing so fast you need to learn always new technologies. For example if you are android developer you need to learn react, huawei watchs, or you need to reply tickets as a L2 ticket handler
Cons
Except for this managers are very supportive for their teams.
