if you are looking for experience in handling a wide range of legal issues this is the place. they will give you tons of responsibility regardless of your seniority. you can also elect to dig deep in one area of the law and really make it your own. definitely good for resume building if nothing else. corporate culture mostly focused on getting the job done, limited (but still exists!) office politics which doesn't really negatively impact the flow of business co-workers are very willing to help others most of the time (as long as they have the resource and the time) rigid at times but not dogmatic
