Pros
Solid growth trajectory with a mission that makes sense, pretty good benefits package, some truly awesome colleagues who make work worthwhile
Cons
Pay is below what you'd get elsewhere for the same work (probably means internal equity is nonexistant), promotion decisions often feel based on favoritism/tenure rather than merit, there's a growing trust issue from lack of transparency, some leaders don't seem qualified for their positions, lots of talk about culture but actions don't match the words, CEO feels traditional and uninspiring, company's becoming more corporate and less innovative, too many decisions made at the top with little input from people doing the actual work, KPIs often miss the mark and don't measure what actually matters nor incentives the right behaviors we want like collaboration, employee feedback (including NPS scores) feels like it gets ignored, leaders aren't always right and can make mistakes but it seems like there's no admittance to that.
