Pros
I was employed here for several years. The vast majority of the company is a great place to work, but there are isolated incidents of bad managers who don't live up to the company values. Still, the culture is above average and almost everyone is great to work with.
Cons
In the last year the company values have been devalued (for lack of a better word) to the point where it doesn't seem to matter at all if employees exhibit them (particularly management). In the midst of turbulent and dangerous political and economic environments, employees were told to keep their heads down and focus on company performance. Employees are told (as I was) to complete work and goals at all costs, no matter what unexpected occurrences arise. These sentiments are demonstrative of a general shift toward a more Amazonian, grow-at-all-costs mentality that has slowly penetrated through the company ranks. Work-life-balance doesn't matter much anymore. Additionally, it is more difficult to get promoted internally than it is to get hired externally.
