Pros
Pros: Pay is good for a starting position but don't expect anything but a measly-yearly pay increase that is based off of arbitrary expectations. Benefits aren't too bad but you get what you pay for. They have parties every now again for birthdays or just 'because'. Nice way of distracting us from the stress of overtime for about an hour. Breaks are nice. Many holidays are paid time off. Most non-managerial leads and regular workers are relatively pleasant...most.
Cons
Cons: Overtime. With one hand the company says they are going to ease up on overtime while shoveling it down your throat with the other. 10 hrs each day plus 8 hours on Saturday. It is all mandatory too and they will not flex or work with your schedule on it. No formal training. Everything is trial and error. Management WILL pick and choose rules as well as safety standards that they will enforce and ignore others as they see fit until someone calls them out on it. Parking situation is terrible...at best. If you are late or have to leave early for whatever reasons they will take 4 hours out of your vacation time. Not one or two. Four. Even if you are 15 minutes late. You just lost a half of a vacation day. They have a high turnover rate of employees and are always hiring so if you need a job with benefits and overtime then get ready for a drug test and apply. Just don't plan on it being long term.
