Cons
- a bit chaotic at times, but this is normal for a fast-paced, disruptive start-up - high pressure and multi-tasking responsibilities, but this kept it interesting with plenty of opportunities to develop new soft and hard skills - the recruitment budget was a bit low, but nevertheless, we managed to achieve and exceed the hiring targets - some decisions were made behind closed doors - the pivot towards manufacturing and CNC was a bit painful for the 3D printing community, but it was navigated well and now the company has a clear model and business strategy
