Pros

Fun environment. Good tip opportunity. Flexible schedule. Allowed for family time.

Cons

Was flat out told that servers will never get raises. The company does not reward longevity or good service. Even on Christmas and Thanksgiving Day, you will only make 2.75 an hour, or 4.12 if you're eligible for holiday pay. The burden of your pay is placed entirely on the customer, yet they expect servers to take care of their pockets by being ridiculously stingy with gravy and cheese, and never offering senior discounts or military discounts unless specifically requested. Benefits are a joke. ACA bare minimum, if that, and way too expensive. Promotions are all about who you know, not what you know.

Pros

The conventions are a nice perk. They have awesome swag bags and give away fabulous prizes. Work day is easily done by 3pm

Cons

Low volume stores have to work hard to meat company goals concerning labor and food cost. Sometimes locations are difficult to staff.

Pros

The customers were the only pros to working at this hell hole! Truckers tip well especially when I was often times alone running the whole place by myself!

Cons

Everything! Received a letter from the department of labor they were stealing wages the whole time and owe me money. I also received a hundred dollar tip and was forced to give it to management to deposit into the bank for 90 days!! I never received that tip that I earned with my top notch service. Management later spread lies about myself implying I was “turning tricks out back”.
