      There are some up sides to working at Huddle House like: you have your regulars who will sit in your section every day, good pay, great tips

      Cons

      Most employees will sit out back and smoke instead of doing their jobs and management doesn't seem to care.

      Pros

      The conventions are a nice perk. They have awesome swag bags and give away fabulous prizes. Work day is easily done by 3pm

      Cons

      Low volume stores have to work hard to meat company goals concerning labor and food cost. Sometimes locations are difficult to staff.
