      Positive work atmosphere, delicious and amazing quality of food, service is great.

      Cons

      Winter is really slow, if you don't work hard enough and live up to their expectations they will make sure you are replaced.

      Pros

      The conventions are a nice perk. They have awesome swag bags and give away fabulous prizes. Work day is easily done by 3pm

      Cons

      Low volume stores have to work hard to meat company goals concerning labor and food cost. Sometimes locations are difficult to staff.
