      Fast reply and interview process.

      Cons

      Can be stressful. Waitresses can be irritable and customers. Alot of times have to be the only host of the whole restaurant when it is packed.

      Pros

      The conventions are a nice perk. They have awesome swag bags and give away fabulous prizes. Work day is easily done by 3pm

      Cons

      Low volume stores have to work hard to meat company goals concerning labor and food cost. Sometimes locations are difficult to staff.
