Pros

Great benefits for salaried employees. 401k option available and good insurance. You get to know many different people.

Cons

HUGE Menu with a short time to train cooking staff. Almost unattainable budget goals. Food waste expected to be less than 1 percent. Labor budget doesn't allow for training staff members efficiently. Implementation of a back office system that is constantly having issues. Politics within the company are extremely serious. If you are placed in a low volume store you will be compared to high volume store numbers regardless of location... Population and street traffic. Lack of intensive training in operations. Equipment maintenance is scarce. In the event of a store shut down... Will not give any forewarning... Will walk in and take everyone's jobs. Too many discounts. Rewards customers for complaining. If you want to be a successful manager in the company you have to be able to educate your entire life... Every day to the establishment. No time for kids or family.

Pros

The conventions are a nice perk. They have awesome swag bags and give away fabulous prizes. Work day is easily done by 3pm

Cons

Low volume stores have to work hard to meat company goals concerning labor and food cost. Sometimes locations are difficult to staff.
