      Pros

      Executive team run around like chickens with their heads cut off so basically you are not micromanaged and have flexibility since they don't even know whats happening in the office.

      Pros

      The conventions are a nice perk. They have awesome swag bags and give away fabulous prizes. Work day is easily done by 3pm

      Cons

      Low volume stores have to work hard to meat company goals concerning labor and food cost. Sometimes locations are difficult to staff.
