      Easy menu since most everything's premade and just needs heated and plated.

      Cons

      Poor support from home office. Many typos in inventory/ordering system make using the software difficult. Difficult to get issues resolved quickly.

      Pros

      The conventions are a nice perk. They have awesome swag bags and give away fabulous prizes. Work day is easily done by 3pm

      Cons

      Low volume stores have to work hard to meat company goals concerning labor and food cost. Sometimes locations are difficult to staff.
