      The waffles are tasty You get to work 7 days a week and they take hours off your check because they didn't budget for your overtime

      They rob you and expect you to give up family life work balance for a few bucks

      Pros

      The conventions are a nice perk. They have awesome swag bags and give away fabulous prizes. Work day is easily done by 3pm

      Cons

      Low volume stores have to work hard to meat company goals concerning labor and food cost. Sometimes locations are difficult to staff.
