      Co workers, customers, and the money

      Cons

      Management, even upper management doesn't reply to, or even talk to employees about their concerns. No dishwasher at nighttime, so servers have to serve, clean the restaurant, all FOH, plus all the dishes.

      Pros

      The conventions are a nice perk. They have awesome swag bags and give away fabulous prizes. Work day is easily done by 3pm

      Cons

      Low volume stores have to work hard to meat company goals concerning labor and food cost. Sometimes locations are difficult to staff.
