      You have a set shift you work normally.

      Cons

      Terrible management and communication between employees. I quit because the manager called and screamed at me for missing a day I asked off for.

      Pros

      The conventions are a nice perk. They have awesome swag bags and give away fabulous prizes. Work day is easily done by 3pm

      Cons

      Low volume stores have to work hard to meat company goals concerning labor and food cost. Sometimes locations are difficult to staff.
