Pros

Pros just for the name sake.

Cons

No holidays on Saturday n Sunday.You would be fired if taken any. Employer fired for just entering the working desk with a cup of coffee. No night allowances. Company with rude country head. MNC without management recruiters. Promotions to any random guy,without any basis of merit. promotion growth just rs 1700 per annum. u have to work for ertra hours if u won't complete your task without benefits of OT. Once caught fire in the same building where the office was located,the employers were said to carry with their work neglecting that fire and were only left after the warnings were issued . Same during monsoons,you have to attend the office or else you are fired. Fake contract system work permitted to the employers as internship for 1 month and then dont hire them just paying them peanut amount of 5000 rs on behalf of work done worth 25000. Full partiality done in the office,preference given to ladies.the column wouldn't end if i have to remove other flaws of this company,if you are willing to do purely a donkey work or labour,then my friend the company is made for you in heaven.

Pros

-Positive Business Outlook: Users love Hudl and it's a very forward-thinking product that has a great place in the future -Values-led culture/norms: People are at the heart of how we operate -Very talented overall workforce: Our bar on hiring is super high and performance management process works if there are clear underperformers. -People genuinely get along with each other for the moist part - far better than most organizations with huge silo walls.

Cons

-Decision-making bottleneck at exec-team level with some pretty hands on leaders in the weeds on too much. -Some teams are quite top-heavy, a poor micro-culture on the team, and have less accountability than they should (Finance/Accounting specifically) -We can settle on talent in key roles that is in a key hub where we have an office since less remote hiring is approved.
