I understand how fast-paced working on our Support team can be–they really embody our “Thrive on the Front Lines” core value, doing everything possible to make sure that our customers can get assistance whenever they need it. I’ve experienced it myself while working Non-Support Support (NSS) shifts, which is a great way to help our Support team during their busiest seasons and be able to connect with customers one-on-one.
