There is not work balance. The turn over rate is crazy. Working 60-70 hour weeks pretty normal and managements salary no over time. To prevent hourly workers of getting over time you are expected to fill in. Management is very clicky and gossipy. Not a super positive place to work. Plus being at an airport you have to park off site get shuttled in and the go through tsa.
