Pros

Should never merged. HMS took over and eradicated East Rutherford people and jobs and what was Hudson. The company is awful and the management talks to people especially on the Hudson side like they are trash. They are the most vile people. I hope they go out of business. Roger Fordyce has not been the CEO for a while. The shenanigans still go on therre with happy endings and office affairs (cough cough Upper Management)

ALL. Its all gone to pot. Unless you plan on going to Maryland and are in favor with the HMS HOST people and click the 'right' boxes... its miserable
