Pros

I enjoyed those that encouraged growth of the programs and the team players. I also enjoyed my tenure in working with my students, residents and fellows. With the exception to starting a new orthopaedic program with the DME.

Cons

You live, breathe and eat your job. You are overworked and no assistance or refuge is provided. You are expected to take on others responsibilities whether or not there is room to do so. Too many clicks. You are encourage to fake it to you make it--I totally disagree with this recommendation. My predecessor quit and stormed out due to unfair treatment.
