Pros
Relatively small hospital that's easily accessible.
Cons
Management picked friends who had worked in the department less than a few months over long time employees for promotions. New employees were also brought on at drastically higher pay rates than long-term employees who only got $0.10 raises a year. After three years, I was making roughly $10.30 while the new people brought on the month I left were making $12.50. A good many of the nurses, particularly in the ER are horribly lazy as well and skirt by for unknown reasons. They will literally leave patients waiting in the waiting room for hours (with all beds open), hoping they leave rather than doing their jobs. The doctors are worse.
